The Preston Health Center, on the campus of The Cypress of Hilton Head, is a 58-bed, skilled-care facility that provides exceptional care in an upscale, resident-focused environment.
The Preston is a Medicare-certified facility that provides short-term, long-term, and memory care services to both residents and non-residents of The Cypress community. Residents and their families will feel at home while receiving the expert treatment, attention, and information they need to move forward on their healthcare journey.
Everyone at The Preston – from the medical director and nursing staff to the dietitians and speech therapists – is dedicated to providing residents and their families with the best possible experience and medical outcomes.

Short-Term Rehabilitative Care
This program is designed to help individuals recovering from a hospital stay recuperate and return home as quickly as possible. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy is available 7 days a week in support of this pursuit.
Long-Term Care
For those needing a helping hand with everyday activities like dressing and medications, The Preston is a great place to be. Warm and inviting, with great food and activities, long-term residents not only get the care they need, they get a friendly, caring community as well.
Memory Care
For residents and their families dealing with the challenges of Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments, The Dogwood Neighborhood of The Preston is a specialized area for memory care featuring private suites, 24-hour supervision, an activities director, and a dedicated dining room.
