Heartfelt Connections
This Signature Experience program is a person-centered approach for Preston residents living with dementia. It celebrates who they are, as well as who they were, and who they can still become. A cornerstone of our Heartfelt Connections experience is focusing on what remains versus what has been lost, through unique programs and approaches.
