Very pleased with the care my Mom receives at The Preston. She enjoys the food, activities and attention. They do an excellent job of planning activities, celebrating all holidays, and thinking of new things to engage the residents. The staff is great, and Monique McCrae, the Administrator, is top notch.

We have been very pleased with the care my father has been receiving at The Preston. The staff are readily available, checking frequently on my dad and very interactive with him thru out the day. He is always cleanly dressed when I visit daily. The room is cozy with nice views and a lot of wildlife visible thru a good size window. Thank you all for the wonderful care, it is greatly appreciated by our entire family.

From the moment we walked through the front door and met with La'Kia to tour the facility, we knew The Preston Health Center was the place for my mother to get the best possible care she needed for rehab and recovery from a stroke. The room was beautiful. The facility is clean, quiet, and inviting. And according to mom, the food was great too! I can't thank the staff enough for all of their support in helping my mother and helping my father and I in navigating and assisting her recovery journey. Susan, Aaron, Jenna, Holly, and the rest of the therapy team were absolutely fantastic! The nursing staff were so wonderful, going above and beyond to care for her -- my Mom adored and appreciated each of you! We are excited and sad for Mom to be "graduating" to Encompass. But if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation again, we will absolutely choose The Preston! A true heartfelt thank you from myself and my family to our "family" at The Preston Health Center! My family and I wish to express our appreciation for the kind care that John received in the Preston health center during the last week of his life. He was comfortable and cared for, and I was able to be close to him.

My mom is being discharged tomorrow after probably six weeks. Nothing but really good things to say about the entire operation. It is a clean facility, it is very well staffed , (which is challenging in the HH area), and the staff seems to be very happy to work there, which says a lot about the management, everybody was professional and friendly without exception. A specific shout out to Justine, Who seems to be there most of the time and she’s sort of in charge of the nursing station as well as Dr. Sanchez and I need to get the names of the specific nurses that took care of my mother because they were outstanding also.

One is Carol and the other lady is from Haiti……… Final note, the food is just crazy good! You would not expect that but it’s true!
